Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and waste, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions. Due to this products can only be returned / refunded if they are faulty; not for change of mind; or for choosing incorrect size. Size charts are provided for each product where appropriate on their individual product pages and should be checked prior to ordering.

If you receive a faulty product please email us straight away so that we can assist you with your return / refund. Please make sure to include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Product type, colour, size, etc.

• Reason for wanting a return / refund, including a description of the fault and a photo of the fault.

Items cannot be returned / refunded after 30 days from delivery.
